It's a pretty rad shot. What I'd do is pull it into phototshop and free transform it to make the horizon line straight across, then crop it so that line's in the middle, making a nice panoramic effect, maybe add a thick black border to the top and bottom with a slick caption, play with the levels a bit to make it more crisp. Then an already amazing shot would Really stand out in the crowd.
lol deffinately something. Paint would prolly pixlate it and rob you of all that great natural light. I was bored and already did pretty much exactly what I said in photoshop (Of course not taking any credit for the image, just making sure what I said made sense lol) so if you want that I can throw it in my scraps for you to get at and then take it down.
(Note to self: I'm chatty at 2am) Would you really? lol if you did that, you could keep it up. I would totally love you (definitely forgot to take something for sleepless night lol) it'd be amazing if you did.

XD I think it looks better with the horizon slanted! And it's a beautiful shot.
I really love how the ripples in the water distort the reflection! :3 -- Honey, I cry too. Everybody cries. It's what you do after you're done crying that makes the difference. -Vera Rubin Guess where this link goes to?! [link] I support my Axel. [link] |

The angle the photo was taken at gives a dynamic feeling which is backed up with the dark figures and bright sky.
To make it even better, the water reflection makes it look like a sort of parallel world.
Because of it's colour scheme and angle, it definately creates an impact.
In my opinion, this photograph deserves a lot more favourites, views and comments.
To improve though, I suggest getting rid of the date it was taken and if you want, edit it in a computer application (Changing contrast, brightness etc) and see how it turns out. A little edit is a step towards another great masterpiece.
This, however, is a great photograph.
